I am glad to see that the Mayan Calendar was missed interpreted. The New Year always comes along with new resolutions, looking back from what we have and didn’t accomplish, and missing the one who didn’t make it through. Spirituality taught me to be thankful for what I have instead of complaining for what I don’t have. For instance you can complain about your crappy job but you should be thankful for having one. You might be terribly sad for your lost but you should remember the best times you had together. In my opinion, the best recipe to start the New Year on the right path is to be thankful for what you have such as family and friends and the rest will come along. Happy New Year everyone and make it a great one!
